Piotr Teodorowski

Biography

Piotr Teodorowski, PhD is a Health Services Researcher in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Sport at the University of Stirling. He joined the University of Stirling in 2023 as he completed his PhD in health services research at the University of Liverpool. Piotr is currently working on two Cancer Research UK-funded ‘Test Evidence Transition’ (TET) programme projects in collaboration with NHS Fife and NHS Forth Valley, both of which aim to optimise the diagnostic pathway for patients with suspected cancer. The former focuses on prostate cancer, and the latter on breast cancer. His interests and expertise include health inequalities and patient and public involvement in research. Piotr has contributed to the Good Practice Standards for Public Involvement and Engagement in Data Research and Statistics, developed by the Public Engagement in Data Research Initiative in the UK. Before joining academia, he worked as a Researcher and Community Engagement Officer for the Grampian Regional Equality Council.
